Up to 72 hours after the time of departure, changes, cancellations, and refunds are allowed If flights are refundable. When canceling or exchanging, there will be a processing cost of at least $250 per passenger in addition to any fees applied by the carrier or supplier. Depending on the terms and conditions of the supplier, fees will change. If you decide to cancel, you won’t get a cash return. Instead, you will receive a credit good for up to twelve (12) months that you can use to purchase future long-haul international tickets of similar or greater value (minus any airline/hotel costs). from your original date of purchase. No-Show tickets cannot be refunded, nor can they be exchanged. Unless the reservation is canceled and the trip rescheduled prior to the original departure date, the ticket is suspended and refunds are not possible.
Please check your email regularly for any airline notices of schedule changes and double-check the most up-to-date flight information 72 hours before scheduled departure. All future and return flight reservations will be automatically canceled and suspended if any reservations are not used. Only the order in which it was issued can be utilized with this ticket. Usage outside of order is prohibited. Even if you are taking a domestic flight to another airport to connect to your international trip, the suggested check-in time for all international flights is a minimum of 3 hours. Airline tickets are subject to the published conditions of carriage and regulations, including but not limited to the applicable airline’s cancellation policy.
The applicable airline and the passenger will be parties to the contract of carriage that is in effect with that airline at the time it is issued. Schedule adjustments may result in an itinerary that deviates from the terms of the contract. Airlines reserve the right to modify flight times and itineraries at any time. Flights or itineraries may also be modified or canceled at the airlines’ discretion. Changes to the timetable are not Business-Tickets fault. Please notify your agent right once if your ticket is not honored for any reason. Your ticket is guaranteed up to the amount you paid for it, and Business-Tickets will either replace it within 24 hours, give you a full refund, or provide you other alternatives.
b)Baggage allowance: If the weight, size, or number of checked items exceeds what is specified in the airline’s regular baggage allowance, travelers may be required to pay additional costs at the airport. There are several airlines who don’t allow any free baggage. The luggage allowance rules and costs for checked or carry-on baggage vary greatly and are always subject to revision by the carriers.
c) Frequent Traveler Points It’s possible that frequent Flyer rewards (miles, points, etc.), upgrades, certificate vouchers, and other discounts or incentives won’t be valid on Business-Tickets tickets or other travel services. It’s also possible that not all tickets will be eligible for mileage accrual. To find out more, please talk about this with your agent.
d) Rules and Restrictions for Suppliers. Reservations and purchases of travel-related products and services from suppliers, including airlines and hotels, are subject to additional terms and restrictions. On the websites of the airline, hotel, or other lodging providers, please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. You consent to abide by the terms and conditions of any supplier with whom you choose to do business, including, but not limited to, paying all sums when due and abiding by the supplier’s guidelines and limitations governing the accessibility and use of fares, goods, or services. If full payment is not received in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. When you check in, certain hotel or airline providers could ask for a credit card or cash deposit to cover any additional costs you might incur during your trip. Any payment Business-Tickets receives for your reservation is unrelated to this deposit. You understand that some third-party suppliers of particular services and/or activities may demand that you sign their liability waiver before engaging in the service or activity they provide. You are aware that breaking any of these providers’ rules and regulations could lead to cancellation of your reservation(s), denial of access to the relevant travel services or products, and forfeiture of any money you may have paid for those services or products for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
e) Travel Destinations and Visa Requirements. Passengers must have a current passport in order to travel internationally, and they must show it when boarding an international aircraft. Please be aware that a health card or visa may be needed for some countries. It is the duty of the traveler to have the necessary travel documentation with them upon checking in. Passengers are strongly advised to study the visa requirements for each stop because a transit visa may be needed for some nations. An entry visa for the Schengen Area may be required for travelers passing through or connecting at airports within the European Union. Please contact the embassy of the country you are going to visit or transit through to get the up-to-date requirements. Some countries have special requirements for one way travel – it is travelers’ responsibility to make sure they meet eligibility criteria for one way travel. Visa information is also available at the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department (phone line: 202-647-5225, official website: www.state.gov ). Holders of non-U.S. passports are advised to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Business-Tickets urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov , www.tsa.gov , www.dot.gov , www.faa.gov , www.cdc.gov and www.treas.gov/ofac . By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, www.business-tickets.com does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
f) Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. The reserved tickets cannot be rerouted or transferred. If the terms of the fare permit refunds and/or exchanges, a business-tickets processing fee in the amount of $250 will be applied to process the request. This fee will be collected in addition to the penalties charged directly by the airline and/or recalled by the airline from business-tickets. Tickets that are to be exchanged or refunded must be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. No refunds or exchanges will be made for any NO SHOW tickets. Cancellation of reservation does not automatically initiate refund. All exchanges can be made only prior to scheduled departure. After the tickets are issued, any changes or refunds are subject to the restrictions of the fares used. Generally speaking, discounted fares are more restrictive and in many cases they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please pay attention to the fare restrictions of your tickets. If you need more flexibility with your tickets in terms of refunds and exchanges, please consult your agent and request a less restrictive fare. Airlines offer a wide range of fares, including those that offer exchanges and refunds without any restrictions and penalties. The airlines strictly follow their policies, and do not permit exchanges or refunds in case the fare restrictions do not allow it. The airlines determine the restrictions of the fares, and Business-Tickets has no power to override these restrictions. Once the tickets are issued, they are subject to fare restrictions.
g) Ticket Delivery: All Business-Tickets tickets sold are e-tickets, which are delivered by email to the address specified by the customer during the purchase process. You will receive an email confirmation once your electronic tickets have been issued, along with the reservation numbers for each airline you will be using to travel.

1) you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above;
2) by third parties due to your violation of this agreement’s terms and conditions, notices, or documents cited on the website;
3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;
4) or your use of the Website.
k)Warsaw Convention and Montreal Convention. Passengers on a journey involving an ultimate destination or a stop in a country other than the country of departure are advised that international treaties known as the Montreal Convention, or its predecessor, the Warsaw Convention, including its amendments (the Warsaw Convention system), may apply to the entire journey, including any portion thereof within a country. For such passengers, the applicable treaty, including special contracts of carriage embodied in any applicable tariffs, governs and may limit the liability of the carrier.
l)Notice of Liability Limitations. The Montreal Convention or the Warsaw Convention system may be applicable to your journey and each treaty governs and may limit the liability of air carriers for death or bodily injury, for loss of or damage to baggage, and for delay. Where the Montreal Convention applies, the limits of liability are as follows:
— There are no financial limits in respect of death or bodily injury. In respect of destruction, loss of, or damage or delay to baggage, 1,100 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 1,300; US $1,700) per passenger in most cases. For damage caused by delay to your journey, 4,694 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 5,400; US $7,100) per passenger in most cases.
— EC Regulation No. 889/2002 requires European Community carriers to apply the provisions of the Montreal Convention limits to all carriage by them of passengers and their baggage by air. Many non-European Community carriers have elected to do so in respect of the carriage of passengers and their baggage.
Where the Warsaw Convention system applies, the following limits of liability may apply:
16,600 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 20,000; US $20,000) in respect of death or bodily injury if the Hague Protocol to the Convention applies, or 8,300 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 10,000; US $10,000) if only the Warsaw Convention applies. Many carriers have voluntarily waived these limits in their entirety, and US regulations require that, for journeys to, from or with an agreed stopping place in the US, the limit may not be less than US $75,000. 17 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 20; US $20) per kg for loss of or damage or delay to checked baggage, and 332 Special Drawing Rights (approximately EUR 400; US $400) for unchecked baggage. The carrier may also be liable for damage occasioned by delay.
Further information may be obtained from the carrier as to the limits applicable to your journey. If your journey involves carriage by different carriers, you should contact each carrier for information on the applicable limits of liability. Regardless of which treaty applies to your journey, you may benefit from a higher limit of liability for loss of, damage or delay to baggage by making at check-in a special declaration of the value of your baggage and paying any supplementary fee that may apply. Alternatively, if the value of your baggage exceeds the applicable limit of liability, you should fully insure it before you travel. Time limit for action: Any action in court to claim damages must be brought within two years from the date of arrival of the aircraft, or from the date on which the aircraft ought to have arrived. Baggage claims: Written notice to the carrier must be made within 7 days of the receipt of checked baggage in the case of damage, and, in the case of delay, within 21 days from the date on which it was placed at the disposal of the passenger.
Notice of the terms of the contract incorporated by reference
m) Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
1) This notice, any carrier notices or receipts, the carrier’s specific terms and conditions (the “Conditions”), applicable rules, regulations, and policies (the “Regulations”), as well as any applicable tariffs, are all part of your contract of carriage with the carrier that transports you by air, whether it be on an international, domestic, or domestic leg of an international trip.
2) Different Conditions, Regulations, and any applicable Tariffs may apply for each carrier if your carriage is provided by more than one carrier.
3)The Conditions, Regulations and any applicable tariffs of each carrier are, by this notice, incorporated by reference into and made part of your contract of carriage.
4) The Conditions may, but are not strictly limited to:
a)Conditions and restrictions on the carrier’s obligation for a passenger’s physical harm or death.
b)Conditions and restrictions on the carriers’ responsibility for the loss of, damage to, or delay of goods and baggage, especially fragile or perishable items.
c)Rules for declaring a greater value for luggage and paying any additional fees that might be necessary.
d)Application of the carrier’s Conditions and limits of liability to the acts of the carrier’s agents, servants and representatives, including any person providing either equipment or services to the carrier.
Claims restrictions, including time limits by which passengers must file claims or bring actions against the carrier.
Rules about reconfirmations or reservations; check in times; the use, duration and validity of air transportation services; and the carrier’s right to refuse carriage.
Rights of the carrier and limits on the carriers liability for delay or failure to perform a service, including schedule changes, substitution of alternative carriers or aircraft and re-routing, and, when required by applicable law, the obligation of the carrier to notify passengers of the identity of the operating carrier or substituted aircraft.
Rights of the carrier to refuse carriage to passengers who fail to comply with applicable laws or who fail to present all necessary travel documents.
5)You can obtain more information about your contract of carriage, and find out how to request a copy, at places where transportation on the carrier is sold. Many carriers also have this information on their websites. When required by applicable law, you have the right to inspect the full text of your contract of carriage at the carrier’s airport and sales offices, and upon request, to receive a copy by mail or other delivery service from each carrier free of charge.
6)If a carrier sells air transportation services or checks baggage specifying carriage on another carrier, it does so only as an agent for the other carrier.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL NECESSARY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, SUCH AS A PASSPORT AND A VISA, YOU CANNOT TRAVEL.
GOVERNMENTS MAY REQUIRE YOUR CARRIER TO DISCLOSE INFORMATION ABOUT OR PERMIT ACCESS TO PASSENGER DATA.
7)Denied Boarding. Airline flights may be overbooked, and there is a slight chance that a seat will not be available on a flight for which a person has a confirmed reservation. If the flight is overbooked, no one will be denied a seat until airline personnel first ask for volunteers willing to give up their reservation in exchange for compensation of the airline’s choosing. If there are not enough volunteers, the airline will deny boarding to other persons in accordance with its particular boarding priority. With few exceptions, including failure to comply with the carriers check-in deadline (carrier shall insert either “of _ minutes prior to each flight segment” or “(which are available upon request from the air carrier)” here), persons denied boarding involuntarily are entitled to compensationThe complete rules for the payment of compensation and each airlines boarding priorities are available at all airport ticket counters and boarding locations. Some airlines do not apply these consumer protections to travel from some foreign countries, although other consumer protections may be available. Check with your airline or your travel agent. BAGGAGE: Excess valuation may be declared on certain types of articles. Carriers may apply special rules for fragile, valuable, or perishable articles. Check with your carrier. Checked Baggage: Carriers may permit a free checked baggage allowance, which is set by the carrier and may differ by class, and/or route. Carriers may apply extra charges for checked baggage in excess of their permitted allowance. Check with your carrier. Cabin (Unchecked) Baggage: Carriers may permit a free cabin baggage allowance, which is set by the carrier and may differ by class, route, and/or aircraft type. It is recommended that cabin baggage be kept to a minimum. Check with your carrier. If more than one carrier is providing the transportation for your journey, each carrier may apply different rules on baggage (both checked and cabin). SPECIAL BAGGAGE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS FOR US TRAVEL: For domestic travel wholly between US points, federal rules require any limit on a carriers baggage liability to be at least $3,400.00 USD per passenger, or the amount currently mandated by 14 CFR 254.5.
8)Check-in Times. The time shown on the itinerary/receipt is the departure time of the aircraft. Flight departure time is not the same as the time you must check-in or the time you must be available for boarding. Your carrier may refuse your carriage if you are late. Check-in times, as advised by your carrier, are the latest times at which passengers can be accepted for travel; boarding times, as advised by your carrier, are the latest times at which passengers must present themselves for boarding.
9)Dangerous Goods (Hazardous Materials). For safety reasons, dangerous goods must not be packed in checked or cabin (unchecked) baggage except as specifically permitted. Dangerous goods include but are not limited to: compressed gasses, corrosives, explosives, flammable liquids and solids, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisons, infectious substances, and briefcases with installed alarm devices. For security reasons, other restrictions may apply. Check with your carrier.
4. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
The reserved tickets cannot be transferred or rerouted. If the terms of the fare permit refunds and/or exchanges, a service fee may be applied to handle the request. This cost will be collected in addition to any penalties the airline may apply directly to the passenger or from business-tickets.com
It is necessary to cancel reservations for tickets that can be exchanged, refunded, or both at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. It’s important to note that NO SHOW tickets will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Cancellation of reservation does not automatically initiate a refund. All exchanges can be made only prior to scheduled departure. After the tickets are issued, any changes or refunds are subject to the restrictions of the fares used
Discounted fares typically have extra restrictions and are usually non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please pay attention to the ticket’s fare restrictions. Consult with your agent and ask for a less restrictive fare if you require more flexibility with your tickets in terms of refunds and exchanges. Airlines have a wide selection of fares, including some that allow for unlimited exchanges and refunds. If the fare limits forbid it, the airlines strictly comply with their rules and prohibit exchanges or refunds. The restrictions of the fares are set by the airlines, and business-tickets.com is powerless to modify these restrictions. Once the tickets are issued, they are subject to fare restrictions.
Business-Tickets Ticket Protection (“BT Ticket Protection”)
We would like to remind you that if you would like to cancel your trip and refund your ticket(s), you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure date. You can do so with one of our agents by calling us.
No-show tickets are not eligible for ticket protection refund or any exchange.
Please contact our customer support department or your travel advisor to request a refund of the ticket(s). You will be required to submit proof of illness in the form of a hospitalization certificate. Allow at least 4 to 8 weeks to finalize the refund process from the date you request the refund. Due to Covid-19, processing times from the airlines and suppliers may be longer than usual, once receiving updates we will deliver them to you immediately.
BT Ticket Protection allows a 100 % refund of fully unused tickets for traveler(s) hospitalized at the time of scheduled departure. The traveler(s) must provide his / her hospitalization certificate to business-tickets.com and cancel the reservation before the scheduled departure.
*The hospitalization certificate must be verifiable and state that the doctor clearly prohibits passengers to take the trip.
BT Ticket Protection allows free-of-charge exchange of partially used tickets for traveler(s) hospitalized at the time of scheduled return. The traveler(s) must provide his / her hospitalization certificate to business-tickets and cancel the reservation before the scheduled return. In addition, business-tickets exchange fees ($250 on regular tickets) will be waived for all travelers unable to take their trip for any reason. The traveler(s) must cancel the reservation before the scheduled departure.
*Airline penalties and fare difference might apply depending on the actual fare restrictions.
BT Ticket Protection is subject to a full refund only during the 24 hours from the time of purchase. After the 24 hours BT Ticket Protection becomes non-refundable. Once you make changes to your ticket, BT Ticket Protection is considered used, null and void. This service can be re-applied at a discounted price, make sure to inquire with your travel advisor about the fees to keep BT Ticket Protection active.
If the traveler misses a trip departure resulting from cancellation or significant delay due to inclement weather or a carrier-caused delay, business-tickets will exchange the ticket free of any airline and business-tickets fees, if provided seats are available in the same cabin class.
The ticket protection is an upsell to less restrictive fare that allows refunds and exchanges due to medical reasons as described above, as well as other services. The ticket protection is NOT an insurance policy.
BT Ticket Protection on the exchanged tickets is calculated based on the cost of the new ticket. If the new ticket cost is higher than the old ticket, the BT Ticket Protection cost difference must be covered. In the event that the difference is not covered, the BT Ticket Protection is considered null and void.
BT Ticket Protection covers passengers from having their baggage mishandled by airlines or airport employees. If the undelivered bag is not returned to you, business-tickets will pay $1000 for each bag.
* You must file a claim with the airline before reporting your mishandled bag to business-tickets.
* Mishandled bags must be reported to business-tickets within 24 hours of the time of flight arrival by calling or emailing business-tickets Customer Support.
* Payments are limited to 2 undelivered bags per person.
* Purchase covers only baggage checked in at the airport. Carry-on bags are not covered.
* Each purchase is per person and per airline confirmation number.
* Purchase does not cover tickets bought separately under a different airline confirmation number.
* Theft, missing items and damage to baggage are not included in this service. Coverage applies only to undelivered baggage mishandled by the airline.
* If the wrong bag is delivered to you, you will need to provide proof of the delivery receipt to show that the wrong bag has been delivered. In this event, business-tickets will have another 72 hours to locate the correct bag, either from the initial delivery time or from the time you report the incorrect delivery to business-tickets.
* If you provide the wrong information when filling a mishandled baggage report, you will receive an email asking for the correct information. If you do not reply to that email within 12 hours, business-tickets will not make the payment for the mishandled baggage.
* If you did not provide a delivery address to the airline when filling a lost baggage claim with them, business-tickets will close the case once the bag arrives at the designated airport.
